New membership
New Applications for membership are now being accepted. .
Existing Membership
Annual subscription is due from 1st March each year, Membership will be terminated if subscription is not paid and received by the Membership Secretary by 31st March. There will not be another reminder.
Receipts will not be issued, as your card is your receipt.
If you do not intend renewing your membership, please contact the Membership Secretary so that the vacancy can be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Membership card
This must be available at all times when visiting the course. No play will be allowed on the course without presentation of your actual membership card. A photocopy or image on mobile phone is not acceptable.
Handicaps
It is desirable that all members should have a club handicap
A junior child under 10 years wishing to play a round of Pitch and Putt must be accompanied all round the course by a Parent or Adult Guardian
Green Fees
The Green Fee for a guest accompanying a member is
Adult – €5.00, Junior – €5.00. Only one guest per member.
Subscription
The Club Committee has decided that the current annual subscriptions are as follows :
Family – €135, Individual – €85, Junior – €60
Cheques are to be made payable to Mount Merrion Pitch and Putt Club. The Date of Birth of all under 18’s and Junior members as well as Name, Address, Telephone Number and Parent/Guardian’s Mobile number must be entered on the Membership Renewal Form. Please do not put Under-18’s or Junior’s Mobile Number.
